On December 9th 2018, the Estelí Women's School celebrated the graduation of 87 students. 56 of them are women that received a scholarship. Schooldirector Bertha Sanabria thanked the teachers for their effort, and the supporters and donors for their help. Also the students expressed their gratefulness to the Lord, the teacher and the Superemos Foundation.

The domestic violence prevention program visited the "Casa Materna" in Estelí and gave a talk about "the culture of peace" in the family and in the society in general.

In July the domestic violence prevention program went to the primary school in Isiquí to give a talk about the prevention of sexual abuse to children from 6 to 16 years old.
The preventive health project visited the Paso Ancho community to give an educational talk to local people.

Boston University "Henry M. Goldman" School of Dental Medicine continues its five year long program of fluoride varnish application on children's teeth. Teachers from local CDIs have been trained by Dr. Mchelle Henshaw and are able now to do the application themselves.
