Thanks to help from David Suliteneau of the San Francisco based company Kendo Brands, we have been able to undertake extending the dormitory area of our women's shelter. So far we have been able to lay down the new floor space, raise the walls to receive the new roof structure, create new doorways and seal off old window spaces so as to create the access we need for the new dormitory area. The next steps will be to put on the new roof, clad the external wall areas, make good the internal walls and floor and then paint. We hope to have the area completely finished by mid-January.
