March has been a busy month for the Estelí Women's School. On March 8th students and teachers celebrated the International Women's Day. And a total of 130 women students of low income families received a mathematics handbook, thanks to a donation from "Casa Pueblito".

Donation of mathematics handbooks by "Casa Pueblito"
70 women students of the first level and originating from low income families received a mathematics handbook. This donation from "Casa Pueblito" enables the students to spent less time copying and gives the teacher more time to explain the content of the class. The Estelí Women's School hopes that this initiative will improve students' math results.

60 women students of the second level and originating from low income families received a mathematics handbook. The Estelí Women's School also provides 60 scientific calculators to these students thanks to a donation from "Casa Pueblito".
