On April 3rd seven new sewing machines - provided by the "Escuela de Oficios Hugo Chávez Frías" of the local government - were installed in the sewing classroom.
Two people sent by the local government install the seven sewing machines with Santos Sobalvarro (teacher of the skills training project - striped shirt) and Hilda Duarte (coordinator of the skills training project - back).
