On February 9th 2017 the Preventive Health Program started a new year of monthly visits to rural communities and barrios in and around Estelí, visiting the Western barrio "Nuevo Amanecer" of Estelí.
Meeting with the children's parents to talk about the programs offered by the Christine King Cooperative at the Superemos site, such as the Estelí women's school, the music, dance and art education program and the domestic violence prevention program.
Every three months children receive anti-parasite medicine.
75 children and their parents of barrio "Nuevo Amanecer" came to the Sinai preschool to receive anti-parasite medicine, fluoride varnish and a toothbrush.
Every three months children of the appropriate age get fluoride varnish administered on their teeth.
At the end children receive a toothbrush and paste.
