In May, visiting artist Coral Pearce very kindly painted a mural in honor of Bob Barr, founder of the Barr Foundation of Oklahoma, whose moral and financial support, advice and guidance helped Superemos through the years following the foundation of the Estelí Women's School, which was Bob's idea and which he more than anybody made possible.
At Superemos, we all appreciate very much what Bob and his family have done and continue to do through the Barr Foundation of Oklahoma to help our programs contribute to ensuring that people in northern Nicaragua enjoy their fundamental rights to good education and adequate health care.
